Horizons of Immersive Experience

09.01.2020 / 6pm

The last VALS lecture for 2019 will introduce you to the world of immersive technologies. What are they, what do they do and when are they most often applied in today's market? And are they really the future anyway? This immersive overview will be delivered by the two founding partners of BRAINZ, one of Prague's leading creative studios dedicated to augmented and virtual reality.

Founding Partner Robin Pultera, began the studio BRAINZ in a cellar in Prague, originally with the intention of developing computer games. He hasn’t stepped out from the digital world since. His knowledge of creating interactive micro-sites and the online world helped his studio grow into one of the most prominent creative agencies on the Czech market. His 16 years of experience in project management and designing of front-end and back-end architecture have been put to good use in many projects. Presently, Robin has been digging deeper into the world of immersive technology.

Co-founder of BRAINZ studio Štěpán Kleník, studied Aesthetics and Theory of Art at Charles University in Prague and New Media at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague. As creative strategist he has collaborated on award winning commercial and non-commercial projects.

Together they have grown the business into two independent creative studios: Brainz Disruptive & Brainz Immersive, providing complex services including disruptive strategies for brands and products, digital communication, multi-platform design and development, audiovisual production and immersive digital experiences. By offering these innovative technologies they can help their clients effectively market and grow in the era of exponential changes in technology, business, and society.

The studios also extend their work into the areas of culture and education by creating unique art installations to demonstrate the power of these new immersive technologies.
